The personal financing addressed to young workers and offered; to access the loan it is necessary to have been resident in Italy for at least 2 years, to be between 18 and 35 years old and still be workers on the date of the application. Other essential conditions of access having worked at least 18 months during the last 2 years.
The duration of the loan varies from a minimum of 2 years to a maximum of 10
To which must be added the pre-amortization (ie the period between the date of disbursement of the loan and the starting date of the first repayment installment); the amount that can be financed varies from 2,000 to 30,000 euros, while the interest rate applied is fixed. As soon as a positive opinion is expressed about the loan request, Intesa San Paolo will pay the agreed amount directly to the applicant’s current account.
To complete the package the possibility of using the two options “Postpone Rate” and “Exchange Rate” ; by using the first one, the user can postpone the payment of one or more installments, with the duration of the loan that will be extended based on the number of monthly installments postponed. It is allowed to postpone a maximum of three installments, and the option can be activated only after payment of the first 12 monthly installments.
With “Installment Change” the beneficiary can instead reduce or increase the amount of the installment, with the change to affect accordingly the lengthening or the decrease in the duration of the loan; also, in this case, it is possible to activate the option only after having paid the installment number 12, and as regards the duration,
The loan can extend up to 10 years
For loans with an original duration of up to 7 years, and up to 15 years for loans with an original duration of over 7 years.
In order to have a concrete idea of the terms of the offer, published an example on its homepage; the simulation assumes as a typical user a customer already holding a current account with the Bank for at least a month, requesting a loan of 15,000 euros repayable in 60 months. The Tan is fixed at 8.50% while the Taeg amounts to 8.85%; compared to 3.573, 29 euros of interest, the total amount due by the consumer will be 18,573.29 euros.
